Olena Lima CAE is the driving force behind the digital marketing agency MemberBoat and the online educational platform Membership Marketing School, both dedicated to help professional associations, industry bodies, and other membership organisations embrace emerging digital marketing tools.
Olena holds a master’s degree in marketing from UNSW and the CAE (Certified Association Executive) credential – a mark of excellence in the association management profession.
With a background in strategic marketing, passion for innovation and technology, and a deep commitment to raising industry standards, Olena shares her knowledge with associations professionals through workshops, speaking at conferences and industry events.
Cristiano Lima

Cristiano Lima has 20+ years of market research experience and has a specialised skillset across both quantitative and qualitative research disciplines.
Cristiano has strong experience in social research working with both state and federal government agencies, associations, the education sector and NFPs. Most recently Cristiano established the Youth in STEM tracker with the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources and has been the head researcher of the project for the past 4 years. Cristiano has also worked closely with the Department of Education, Skills and Employment and a range of industry growth centres including METS and Mining Industry Growth Centre and METS and Mining Industry Growth Centre. Cristiano is passionate about uncovering the ‘why behind people's attitudes and behaviours and being able to drive real societal change. Cristiano is well a rounded researcher with extensive experience working with Government, Universities, Charities and Industry bodies.
