Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms of use.
We understand that life can be unpredictable and that sometimes you need to cancel a workshop. We are here to help make the process as smooth as possible. Our workshop cancellation policy is as follows:
(a) You can cancel your registration for a workshop up to 72 hours prior to the workshop start time and receive a full refund. For cancellations within 72 hours of the workshop start time, we will provide a credit towards a future workshop.
(b) To cancel your attendance in a workshop that you have paid for please email hello@memberboat.com.au
(c) If an attendee does not attend a workshop they are booked into, and they do not advise Member Boat beforehand, no refund will apply.
(d) If the workshop or event is canceled or postponed a full refund of the course fee will be given.

User Conduct
(a) You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, our services by any third party.
(b) You agree not to use our services to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
(c) You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services or the servers and networks connected to our services.
(d) You agree not to use our services to advertise or promote any products or services without our prior written consent.
(e) You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
User Content
(a) You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the content that you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through our services.
(b) By uploading, posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content through our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with our services and our business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.
(c) You represent and warrant that: (i) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all content that you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through our services, or you have all rights, licenses, consents, and releases that are necessary to grant to us the rights in such content, as contemplated under these terms of use; and (ii) neither the content, nor your submission, uploading, posting, transmission, or making available of such content, nor our use of the content as permitted herein will infringe, misappropriate, or violate a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.
(d) You agree not to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
Our Content
(a) Our services contain content that is owned by us, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software. Such content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other laws, and we reserve and retain all rights in.
